TBRx Explained

Momentum Rehab and Chiropractic believes active rehabilitation is the best treatment for both acute and chronic injuries. Strengthening and stabilizing injured or deconditioned muscles and ligaments helps maintain spinal alignment and optimal biomechanics.

Unlike conventional medicine, which focuses on attempting to treat disease once it occurs, we emphasize drug-free, non-surgical methods of improving your health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place.

The Consultation

It All Begins With a Consultation...

1

Determine
Pain Points

Through a detailed analysis of your tissue quality, we closely observe your posture, gait, and functional movements during daily tasks like squatting, lifting, and reaching overhead. This information guides us in pinpointing your muscle and pain points effectively.

2

Neurocognitive and Neuromuscular Test

Our neurocognitive and neuromuscular tests aim to assess your mental fitness, providing insights into cognitive abilities. This understanding enables us to develop strategies to enhance and support your cognitive function.

3

Lifestyle
Assessment

We initiate your journey to recovery by setting you up for success. Our lifestyle assessment identifies areas for improvement and recommends small yet impactful changes aligned with your treatment plan.

4

Action
Plan

Your personalized action plan encompasses pliability tissue work, corrective exercises, nutrition support, and cognitive exercises. This holistic approach ensures a comprehensive strategy to address your specific needs and guide you toward optimal recovery.
